1. Agreement to Terms
By inviting AXON to your Discord server, using its slash commands, or accessing the AXON web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use of the dashboard.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use AXON. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Discord and therefore AXON. Server owners are responsible for ensuring their members comply with these requirements.
3. Acceptable Use
AXON is provided as a free and premium service. You may use AXON to:
- Moderate your Discord server using its built-in commands and AutoMod features.
- Configure server settings via the web dashboard.
- Enable leveling, tickets, verification, logging, and role management for your community.
- Use the AI assistant within the limits of your plan (free or premium).
You may not use AXON to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or bypass AXON's security or premium features.
- Use the bot's AI features to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
- Automate requests to the dashboard API in a way that causes excessive load or constitutes abuse.
- Share, resell, or distribute your AXON Premium access to servers you do not own or control.
4. Premium Subscription
AXON Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features for a single Discord server. By purchasing Premium, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Paystack. Payments are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the rates displayed on our Premium page.
- Scope: Premium covers one (1) Discord server. Each server requires its own subscription.
- Activation: Premium is activated via the AXON dashboard after purchase. Your Server ID must be provided correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for errors caused by an incorrect Server ID.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason including partial use, server ban, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction. Please review the features before purchasing.
- Cancellation: You may stop your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued.
- Feature Changes: We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove Premium features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed via our support server.
- Abuse: Attempting to bypass premium limits through exploits will result in immediate removal of Premium access without refund and may result in a global ban from AXON.
5. AI Features
AXON includes an AI assistant powered by a third-party language model. By enabling the AI feature, you agree that:
- The AI assistant is subject to a daily message limit on free servers (10 messages/day). Premium removes this limit.
- You will not use the AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or violates Discord's guidelines.
- AXON applies an automatic content filter. Attempts to configure the AI with prohibited instructions are logged and may result in suspension.
- AI responses are generated automatically and do not represent the views of the AXON team. We are not responsible for any AI-generated content posted in your server.
- Conversation memory is limited to 5 messages per user on free servers. Premium servers can configure up to 50 messages of memory.
6. Data & Privacy
AXON stores only the data necessary to operate the service, including server configuration, user IDs for leveling and economy systems, and moderation logs. We do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion by contacting us in our support server.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AXON may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to unexpected outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime. Premium subscribers are entitled to the same uptime expectations as free users — no SLA is guaranteed.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to AXON for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or engages in harmful behaviour. Server bans do not qualify for refunds of any premium subscription. You may remove AXON from your server at any time to stop using the service.
9. Liability Disclaimer
AXON is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The AXON team is not responsible for:
- Actions taken by moderators using AXON's commands in your server.
- Loss of data due to service interruptions or bugs.
- Content generated by the AI assistant.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot or dashboard.
10. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and content associated with AXON is the intellectual property of the AXON development team (smithvoidheart Studio). You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of AXON without explicit written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of AXON after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
