Frequently Asked Questions

Does Premium cover the whole server or just me?
Premium is per-server. Once activated, every member in your server gets the full premium experience — unlimited AI, all panels, advanced automod, everything.
When does it activate?
Instantly after payment is confirmed. AXON's webhook receives the payment notification and upgrades your server automatically within seconds — no ticket, no waiting.
What happens when it expires?
Your server moves back to the Free plan. All your existing data (leveling, economy, tickets, configs) is never deleted — you just lose access to premium-only features until you renew.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
All sales are final. Please review the features before purchasing. If something goes wrong with activation, reach out in our support server and we'll sort it out.
What is the AI daily limit on Free?
Free servers can use the AI assistant for up to 10 messages per day across the whole server. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Premium removes this limit entirely.
Can I get support if something goes wrong?
Yes — join our support server and open a ticket. Premium users get priority support.
